If you're expecting a full-service hotel, this is not for you. As other reviewers have noted, this is more of a condo. Not really a hotel lobby area, more like just a check in desk area. Room is very basic, more like a kitchenette, with full size refrigerator, sink, dishes, cabinets, small dining table. A basic breakfast is delivered to your room at your specified time. Prime location to Greenbelt Mall, in fact right across the street is GB5.
Location to the prime shopping area in Makati. Hotel security for visitors is great. A/C worked fine.
Not a full-service hotel, more of a condo/hotel. No daily room service. No restaurants on premise.
- Shopping Tip : Right across Greenbelt 5, and within walking distance to all of Greenbelt, Glorietta, and Ayala Malls.

The BSA tower is an older building that once was a hotel and is now a condo. A large number people are actual residents, paying a monthly rent. It is extremely convenient if you have business at the Greenbelt malls because it is right across the street from the newly constructed GB-5. If you are expecting hotel services then you will be disappointed. It is not fancy and contains the essentials. Lots of maintenance is required to make it feel like a hotel.
Comparing the hotels in the area, it is the cheapest. It is right across the street from Greenbelt 5. Since it is a condo, the breakfast is delivered to your room.
If you are expecting a hotel with it's services, then you will be disappointed. It is more like a condo with a small kitchen and dining area. The studio room needs maintenance; the balcony is locked, the bathroom sink was separating from the wall. There was no housekeeping on Sunday.
- Nightlife Tip : across GB-5 and a stones throw away from Cafe Havana.
It was a horrible experience!Guest Rating: 2.0

If you're on a tight budget and want a condotel right in the middle of Makati City (across the mall, in the middle of the business district), then I suppose you can stay here. But if you're willing to spend a little more, there are other options available for you.
