Commentaries on the Philippine headline news are broadcast during the rest of the day.
Lastly, the not-so-known sources of Philippine headlines is the coffee shop or bars in high-end hotels and places. Filipinos love to talk and share stories in bars, coffee shops and restaurants. Personalities from high society frequent the most affluent bars, coffee shops and restaurants. As usual, the personalities from high society have everything to do with the politics, economics and business. Thus, anyone with a careful ear on these places will have an idea of Philippine headline news that may appear on TV or on paper a few days later.
Let's face it! All over the world, many of the news that appear on the headlines have been known by persons who've heard stories from coffee shops and bars. The famous Allan Greenspan of the United States treasury is said to have given, not a few times, important stock tips while sipping cappuccino at the coffee shop.
In any case, when you are in the country, you will never run out of sources of Philippine headline news. You simply have to grab any broadsheet from your nearest news stand, or switch on the TV or AM Radio. Otherwise, you may just want to visit a coffee shop in a five-star hotel. Oh, and yes, most coffee shops have newspaper racks where you can choose newspapers for your reading pleasure.
