To groom oneself means to dress elegantly and properly. Filipino women get turned off with men who wear tattered clothing. Wearing tight clothing that reveal all your well-toned muscles is accepted but is definitely not the norm. Remember that the Filipina or Philippine woman is a conservative type of person. Thus, she would prefer simplicity to ostentation!
Tip number three: Take a diet and do a lot of exercise to take away that tummy!
For the last tip but definitely not the least, you must try to look physically good and healthy, not fat! Women are generally attracted to well proportioned men. If the bulge in your tummy is out of proportion, you are certainly going to attract women with out of proportioned features! Having a well toned torso with the proper proportion of measurements below your chest (i.e. your tummy) will make you look more attractive. You definitely do not want your belly to be the first thing that women notice when they meet you. Let them notice your character, your bearing and your good looks, not your belly!
