The Boracay Terraces Resort Philippines is an “AA” hotel type beachfront resort situated at Boat Station 1, Boracay Island.

The Boracay Terraces is a 3-storey, 18-room contemporary beachfront resort, offering luxurious accommodations with modern amenities.

The rooms either have terraces or balconies with garden or beach view. The new suites have a spectacular view of the sea and only a few steps to the powdery white sand beach.

The rooms are categorized into three (3): standard, family and suites. The standard rooms are either double or twin rooms.

The resort's design was inspired by the breathtaking Philippine rice terraces – an eye-catching white pyramid-like building with a rooftop looking like a stairway to the blue skies.

The resort also offers a restaurant and bar, a deck for sunset viewing and stargazing, a boutique and a spa with its own resort-made aromatic oils.

The resort is quite accessible to shopping, dining, and entertainment establishments in the White Beach area and elsewhere in the island.

Location

The Boracay Terraces Resort is located at Boat Station 1, Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan, Philippines.

It is situated at the northwestern end of the 4-kilometer stretch White Beach. It is the first resort coming from Diniwid Beach.

Its immediate neighbor at Diniwid Beach is Artista Beach which is carved out of solid rock in the sea wall. Artista Beach Diniwid is only 5 minutes away on foot.

From the resort, and going towards Boat Station 1, its closest neighbor is Fridays Beach Resort.
How to get to Boracay Terraces

The resort van or mini-bus will fetch you from the airport and bring you to the Caticlan Jetty Port which is only a one-half kilometer away.

A native motorized outrigger boat or 'banca' servicing the resort exclusively takes you from the Jetty Port to the resort in about twenty (20) minutes.

Direction to Other Sites

From the resort to the main road is a short uphill club car ride. Along this road at a 7- minute walk, you will reach a medical clinic, and the post office.

Other shops, restaurants and bars at the central part of Boracay are 7-minutes away by tricycle.

Boat Station 1 on the beachfront is a 7-minute walk away, too. The central area of White Beach is 25 minutes walk away southward.

The Tourist Centre and the island's market are a 35 minute walk away and nearby Fairways and Bluewaters Golf Course is accessible by club car.

Puka Beach, which is the jump-off for Yapak dive-sites, is 5-minutes away by motorbike or outrigger boat.

Windsurfing which is held at Bulabog Beach, is just 10-minutes away on tricycle.

Facilities and Services

The Boracay Terraces Resort Philippines boast of a 3-storey building with 18 rooms that are fully air-conditioned.

The rooms are also provided with colored TVs, mini-stereo components, private baths with hot and cold water, telephones, coffee makers and private terraces.

The rooms are divided into three categories: standard room, family room and suites. For standard rooms, guests have a choice of a double or twin room.

Standard rooms have balconies either with a view of coconut trees or with sea view.

Those situated on the second floor have two single beds while the one on the third floor has a queen-sized bed.

Family rooms are located on the first floor and can accommodate two (2) adults and two (2) children. The rooms have private terraces facing the hotel lawns.

The rooms have two (2) bedrooms each. One bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and the other with two single beds.

The suite rooms are new, spacious, and luxurious with sea view and only a few steps away from the fine white sand beach.

The resort boasts of a restaurant and bar, a spa, a boutique and a viewing deck.

Family Rooms
There are six (6) family rooms all with two (2) bedrooms that can accommodate four people. Guests can avail of two additional mattresses for a total of six (6) persons.
Family rooms are fully air-conditioned, large and spacious. One bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and the other room with 2 single beds.
The rooms are also provided with colored TVs, mini-stereo components, private baths with hot and cold water, telephones, coffee makers and private terraces.

The king-sized bed has bedside tables on each side with lampshades. The walls are adorned with beautiful paintings. Provided also is a glass-topped small table and chairs.

Twin Rooms

There are five (5) Twin rooms all fully air-conditioned and furnished with two (2) single beds and are situated at the second level. Two extra mattresses can be provided.

The rooms are also provided with colored TVs, mini-stereo components, private baths with hot and cold water, telephones, coffee makers and balconies.

A bedside table is between the beds while a separate table is provided with a lampshade. A night light is provided on the wall in between and above the headboards.

Another glass-topped table is provided where the welcome fruit basket is laid.

Double Rooms

There are four (4) double rooms which are fully air-conditioned and furnished with one (1) queen-sized bed. The rooms are situated at the third level.

The rooms are also provided with colored TVs, mini-stereo components, private baths with hot and cold water, telephones, coffee makers and balconies.

Suite Rooms

There are three (3) suite rooms all fully air-conditioned, very spacious and luxurious. The rooms are located above the restaurant and come with a king-sized bed.

Two (2) bedside tables with lampshades are on both sides of the bed and walls are adorned with beautiful paintings.

Where to Wine and Dine

Taj Resto

Taj Resto is located at the tip of the famous 4-kilometer White Beach. The restaurant serves local and international dishes and refreshing drinks.

Dine on the freshest catch of lobsters, crabs, fishes and shrimps. Try their crispy “lechon” (roasted pig) and Italian pizza with varied toppings of salami, pesto and olives.

Taj Resto at night is pure romance and magic. A pianist plays on the grand piano accompanied by a saxophone player with their music blending beautifully into the night.

You can choose to dine in the tables by the seashore lit by torches. Or you may go up to the roof deck of Taj Resto where you dine under the stars overlooking the ocean.

TJ Heaven

TJ Heaven is Boracay Terraces’ bar and restaurant overlooking the beach and the blue sea. The place is ideal for sunset viewing.

The bar offers a “Happy Hour Spree” from 4:00 to 7:30 p.m. daily with complementary snacks available.

Damgu

“Damgu” is an adjoining deck of the restaurant where one can lie down and stretch on the bamboo floor and enjoy sunset viewing and then stargazing.

“Damgu” is a Visayan word for dream.

Duyan Spa

Duyan Spa offers a range of services ranging from foot spas, shiatsu, Swedish and Thai massage, hair and scalp massage, hair and shoulder massage, body and facial scrubs.

Duyan Spa only uses the finest coconut and avocado oils with special aromatic blends, such as rosemary, ylang-ylang and lavender.

“Duyan” is a Visayan word for native hammock made of hand-woven abaca which surrounds the spa cabanas nestled at the center of the resort.
