The cottages located at the beachfront are only 10 meters away from the sea’s high tide mark. 
The cottages are facing each other more or less, and are located behind the front building with a 2-1/2 meter wide right of way in the middle.
Some of them are 50 to 100 meters away from the sea's high tide mark.

The Resort is located about 350 meters south of Boat Station # 3 (to the right while facing the island).

The Philippine Airlines office is 150 meters away, in between the resort and Boat Station # 3.

The deluxe units are fully air-conditioned and have living and dining areas, kitchenettes with refrigerators, and special rooms facing the sea with huge enclosed balcony.
The floors of the deluxe units are marbled. 
Fan Rooms

There are four (4) fan rooms equipped with a common kitchen and a private bath.
